Looking for something more? Our Seasonal Summer Swim Team program is perfect for the athlete with many activities throughout the year and a great way to stay fit over the summer. F.A.S.T. is a seasonal United States Swimming Swim Team. We combine technique
instruction with endurance training for a fun, social activity for ages 6-18.
Basic Requirements
Child must be age 6 through 18, and able to complete at least one length (25 yards)
of freestyle and one length of backstroke. The child must be independent in the water.
(For Happy Fish Swimmers, must be in Purple level and above).
2008 Season Information
Four days a week, one hour a day
Session Dates: June 30 through August 7
Session Days: Monday through Thursday
Times: 4:15pm - 5:15pm or
5:15pm - 6:15pm or
6:15pm - 7:15pm
Payment
Two Payments:
1. First Swimmer: $205 each additional swimmer in immediate family $130.00
(Checks payable to F.A.S.T.) Price includes United States Swimming Insurance fees.
Payment is required at time of sign-up. Cash or check only.
Registration for Swim Team:
Friday June 6 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at Mission High School Pool
Saturday June 7 from 9:00am - 1:00pm at Mission High School Pool
If you miss sign ups for either, come on the first day

Outdoor Summer Swim Lessons
BEGINNING JUNE 30, 2008
American Red Cross Swim Lessons for children between the ages 4-13
35 minute lesson per day, Monday through Thursday
Lesson times: TBA
4 x 2 week sessions
Sessions Begin: June 30, July 14, July 28, and August 11
Place: Mission San Jose High School Pool
