Make-up/Family Practice Times
Missed Lessons
If you have missed a class, you can make up the time missed in the water at our one hour
Make-Up/Practice Times. Ask your teacher what skills to practice, and for tips on how to help
your child progress.
If your child has a cold but is eating well and acting normal, bring him/her to class. The pool
chemicals meet the highest standards, and the moist air will help a child who has a cold or
allergies. Please do not bring a child who has a fever, acts listless, or who is not
eating. Swimmers who wear warm clothes, including a knit hat, warm jacket and socks and
shoes to and from the pool stay warm and avoid colds.
There are no refunds, credits or make-up lessons for missed classes. Happy Fish Swim School offers one hour make-up/practice times for students to make up time missed in the water.
Make-Up/Practice Times are for Happy Fish students only. Every child must be a student
currently enrolled in a class at the Happy Fish Swim School. Children 8 year of age or younger must be accompanied in the water with a supervising adult. Lifeguard on duty.
All Refunds and/or credits must be requested in person at the pool.

Family Practice Times
Be a part of your child's learning success by attending Family Practice Time.
Fridays 7:30 - 8:30pm
Saturdays 12:30 - 1:30pm
Sundays 12:30 - 1:30pm
$3.00 per person per visit
Happy Fish is the only year round program with 90 degree water to
offer our students a fun, safe environment to practice the skills
they are learning in class. Family Practice Time is open only to stu-
dents currently enrolled in a class so we keep the number of patrons low
for maximum swim area. Families
may use all of our teaching equip-
ment to get the most from your
time in the water.
Practice time is especially important
for those students in Orange through Gold levels so they can perfect their strokes, students who attend Friday/Sat/Sun one day per week classes, and young students that
need a little extra push to practice,
or some gentle encouragement from someone they love and trust. |

Practice Time is first come first serve. To assure safety and space in the pool, we allow the first
50 people that sign in into each Practice Time. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before Practice Time begins, especially on hot days and weekend times.
All children in Blue level or below and/or are eight years of age or below must be
accompanied in the water with a parent or guardian during Family Practice Time.
Lifeguards on duty during Family Practice Time.
