F.A.S.T Summer Swim Team

Fremont Area Swim Team (F.A.S.T) is a program designed to teach children ages 6 year - 17 years the fundamentals of competitive swimming, as well as beginner and intermediate swimmers how to be safe in and around the water. F.A.S.T is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Fremont enjoy competitive swimming in a safe, stress-free atmosphere. Swim practice and swim lessons all happen outdoors at Mission High School and all business transactions should happen during pre-registration and normal program hours.

Summer Swim Team

The Summer Swim Team is our most popular program. It is a 6-week swim clinic designed to educate intermediate and advanced swimmers about the fundamentals of being on a swim team. Our coaches spend 6-weeks focusing on refining technique, building endurance, and increasing speed. Kids are assigned lanes based on their age in the beginning of the program and if at any time they feel they need a more challenging workout, they may join a higher age group (or vice versa). Swim practice is for 1-hour a day, Monday-Thursday (excluding 4th of July if applicable).

All classes meet Monday-Thursday for 2 weeks and are 35 minutes in length.
